DVHS75 On The Scene! BIG THANKS to a few of our classmates who responded to my request for gift card donations to Anew: Building Beyond Violence and Abuse, a south suburban organization that supports women and children of domestic abuse. Because of your donations on behalf of my ministry group, Women of Wisdom (WOW), we we able to surpass our goal of 100 gift cards from Walmart, Walgreens, Aldi, Uber, and Target. On Friday, March 3, I and our ministry leader Bonita Sams presented Anew leaders Kristine Scott and Rachel Forsythe with 163 gift cards! And as if that wasn't enough, we also presented them with a very generous donation of $1,000 from our classmate William Parker on behalf The Parker K9 Group Cares! Needless to say, they were overwhelmed and so very grateful for this level of support! In addition to Parker, I would like to especially thank again the following classmates for your donations: Renaldo Walls, Rita Jointer, Melba Brewer , Janice Woods-Wills , Ed Hancock, and Will Crosier (RIP). May God bless you all for being such a blessing to these families! ❤️🙏
Dear Mr. Parker, We wanted to send you a very special thank you for your organization's generous gift of $1,000 for our Anew Building Beyond Violence and Abuse $10 x 100 Gift Card Drive. Words could never express our gratitude for your thoughtfulness. The families of Anew will be sincerely grateful for your kindness. ❤️🙏 With Deep Appreciation, Pastor Bonita Sams and The WOW Team

Philanthropy is what we do.
Giving back to the community and assisting those in need is our Mission.
Our CEO William Parker has served our country in the United States Army for over 20 years and served our communities in law enforcement for an additional 10 years.
Now, his service continues through his foundation, as we help our fellow brothers and sisters combat different battles in life.
We visit shelters in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area and provide food, clothing, toiletries, job resources, etc.
It takes a village. Brintney, Wayne and Sandra are our village. They handle all events for The Parker K9 Group Cares. With their diverse backgrounds and love for philanthropy, this makes them the "Dream Team". They approach every situation with care and love. They take pride in their work and they cook with love.
When life knocks you down, The Parker K9 Group Cares is here to help.

The Parker K9 Group Cares and they are “Always Ahead of the Game”.
About one week and a day before Thanksgiving, 2022 Parker K9 Cares is ahead of the game by serving over 50 elderly people dinner with all the trimmings, clothing drive, desserts, and water, and tea. Long closet rails were setup with absolutely beautiful men and women’s wear. I know everyone that came left with Saks 5th Ave. type outfits. They were ecstatic!👋 There was a gospel male singer blowing the house down. For a minute there, I thought I was in church. Thanks No Walls Church for the facility usage briefly. Your kindness will not be forgotten, thanks Bishop Stephen Carlton. To ALL volunteers it couldn’t have been the SUCCESSFUL AHEAD OF THANKSGIVING. Volunteers: Brintney Graves, Sandra, Butler, my friend LaTonga Wiggins, Donald Brown, and the chefs. ❤️ William Parker sponsor and financier of this AWESOME Event! Recipients at Poplar Grove Apts. Social worker at property, Shequetta Perry.

We served over 100 lunches to the less fortunate men and women at the DC shelter located at 2nd and D Street NW. The Parker K9 Group REALLY Cares!❤️
I DARE YOU to take an elderly person out for pizza. YES THEY LOVE PIZZA TOO! Parker K9 Group Cares has done it again. This organization has the heart ❤️ for straight up GIVING WITH THE LOVE OF GOD IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH!!!! They brought the pizzas in to serve 45 Seniors pizza and drinks in the Poplar Grove Senior Community. So you see we at Parker K9 Group Cares can and will meet most any challenge you present. What, you say logistics? We are a Universal Joint, and we put our giving, service and money where God says there’s a need or someone to bless. The challenge is #PIZZA FOR THE ELDERLY! Because in the end The Parker K9 Group REALLY Cares!❤️
Do you like PB and Jelly? Parker K9 Cares Group love PB and Jelly on bread from the Black Bread Co. from there, came the making of the best PB and Jelly sandwich. Barbara (that’s me) thought of a giveaway program before making a large bread order. As usual, the million dollar giveaway man, William Parker stepped in and donated 50 bags from his charity Parker K9 cares. You see, I don’t have a charity like him, my daughter and I are just philanthropic kind of people at least 2-3 times annually. So a group from my church (Chi-chi, Adrian, Henrene and Sonji) and I passed out bags from Parker K9 Cares with a loaf of bread, peanut butter and jelly. It was a huge success. Smiles in the pics taken with recipients exude sheer happiness and love in being able to help Seniors in need. Parker K9 Cares is all about doing God’s work. They are planning 2 more events with these residents for helping with food, clothes Thanksgiving help and a Fall Pizza party. Parker K9 Cares Group is Universal, out here doing BIG DOGGONE THINGS! No pun intended with doggone! Lol Just thought you should know!
